Specialist knowledge

Record is a currency specialist, which means you get to work with people who are experts in currency and gain a deeper understanding of currency management. 

Training

We will provide both in-house training on our products and hands on experience to give you the opportunity to develop new knowledge and skills, and recognise your strengths. Alongside this, you can take part in any company-wide training sessions; recently we have had sessions on Unconscious Bias, Giving and Receiving Feedback and Confidence and Resilience training.

Day 1 Responsibility

The projects and tasks that you are given will be intellectually challenging and you will have early responsibility to contribute to your department.

This is important to us, as there is a steep learning curve, which starts from your first day at Record, and being a fast learner allows you to quickly grasp concepts and then use what you have learnt to generate new ideas.

Critical thinking involves solving problems through rational processes. At Record, you need to be able to analyse new ideas and information by evaluating it logically and using evidence-based knowledge.

Communication

To make an impact, you need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in order to explain difficult concepts, build relationships and effectively express your thoughts and ideas.

Job related assessment

At some point in the process there will be an assessment stage. This might be some online reasoning tests or maybe a written task, but the aim will be to assess the relevant skills needed for the role you have applied for.

Interviews

During the interview stage, you will get to meet your mentor, HR and maybe some of your team. Be excited and passionate - show why you want to work for us and what would really interest you.
